Meet Eva

Eva Knapp, a Senior Broker, is an alumna of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing & Communications. Eva has become a key member of Duong Kim Global Team and has continued to contribute to the Team's market sales. Growing up in the Bridgeport area, Eva's deep city roots provided her with extensive knowledge of the evolving demographics throughout Chicago. Before graduating from DePaul University, Eva attended St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago's Little Italy area.

Having attended this selective, private and diverse high school educated Eva at a young age with invaluable knowledge of all of Chicago's neighborhoods, as her peers lived all across the City and traveled great lengths, just to attend. She continues to have a return clientele along with referrals which speaks highly of her work ethic. Having lived in just about every neighborhood in Chicago has granted her a unique ability to understand that every Chicago neighborhood has its own sub-market. This has proven to be invaluable when guiding her clients through the home buying/selling process.
