Kathleen Dumlao Lee, Senior Broker, is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology focused in Psychology. While being in the real estate industry, she, also, has over a decade of experience in the human resources sector. Her extensive background has allowed her to adapt to various clients while truly being able to identify their needs.

Kathleen’s approach in real estate has allowed her to combine her neighborhood knowledge and communication abilities, making her a force to be reckoned with. Most importantly, she approaches every client like family and is committed to giving them a comfortable experience whether on the buying or selling side.

Kat, fluent in Tagalog, grew up in the Southwest Suburb of Chicago and currently resides in Lincoln Park with her husband and three children. She joined Compass in 2017 alongside DKG and is a vital asset in the residential market bringing a unique understanding of the real estate industry in the city.
