Kathleen Dumlao Lee, Senior Broker, is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology focused in Psychology. While being in the real estate industry, she, also, has over a decade of experience in the human resources sector. Her extensive background has allowed her to adapt to various clients while truly being able to identify their needs.
Kathleen’s approach in real estate has allowed her to combine her neighborhood knowledge and communication abilities, making her a force to be reckoned with. Most importantly, she approaches every client like family and is committed to giving them a comfortable experience whether on the buying or selling side.

Malcolm W. Scott, Junior Broker, is an alumni from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. While born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, his career prior to real estate highlights experience as an event planner, as well as multiple years of inside sales and marketing. With those skills, he’s able to apply his customer service and savy personable attitude to the Chicago real estate market.
